DUE TO THE LATENESS OF THE PUBLICATION OF THIS EVENT IT IS NOT ON THE USUAL SECOND WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH. I HOPE THAT NEXT MONTH WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL.

As a small compensation for this a series of 8 caches has been placed and should be available for the day of the event.
Our venue for this evening will be The Angel Hotel, Gosport Road, Alton, Hampshire. GU34 3NN.
The Angel Hotel is situated on the A32 in the village of Privett, about 2 miles north of where the A272 crosses at West Meon.
This month's event is being co-hosted by the Holdaway Hound, Peter & Marilyn. We look forward to welcoming you.
The event will be held in the Oak Room which is to the right as you enter through the front entrance.
If you can indicate in your "will attend" logs if you want food, it will help the chef in his preparations. Once I have a menu from the chef I will add it to the cache page.
I hope that the famous Red Ammo Box will be there for trackables and subject to confirmation there will be the traditional raffle.
If you have not been to an event cache before and would like to experience something different, and have the chance to meet other cachers and swap/discover trackables and your caching stories, then please come along.
Your host for the evening will be Poker Andrew who will be there from 6.30pm onwards.
Food available on the night will be.
The Carvery: choice of Prime Topside of Beef, Blandford Turkey and Succulent Gammon at £5.00 per head
Autumn Nut Roast at £5.00 per head
Poached Salmon Supreme with White Wine and Dill Sauce at £8.00 per head.
All the above are served with a selection of fresh vegetables and potatoes.
