I strongly suggest you not look for this cache by yourself. Take stock of your abilities before you attempt to get this cache and make sure that you are able to complete the task. You may want to bring waders or tall boots and climbing shoes or climbing gear – depending on your abilities. You may find slippery surfaces especially if it is raining or after a recent rain so watch your step. I would not suggest you do this one at night.

This cache is on a dirt road surrounded by hunting grounds and timber land. I noted this small pond that was engineered by a busy beaver. Across from the pond is a power line on a pole that just stops! I decided this place needed a cache.

When you find and sign the log take a few minutes to enjoy the view from your vantage point. I did see a heron when I was there the first time.

You are looking a small container that will only hold the log and maybe a small TB. I would not suggest that you drop it.
