Geocache Description:

A quick and simple driveby cache as requested by a certain numbers cacher!

Named by the CO as Matua Bay, you will see what I mean when you arrive at GZ. Am pretty sure that it is private property from here on down to the river so please do not progress past GZ! This wasn't always the case - I remember as a kid coming down with my dad and his home built kayak and paddling around the bay!

This 'bay' is the bane of all rowers, particularly on Corpor8 Rowing competition day for anyone in Lane 4..... or who has a novice cox! Races start from 500m down the river and row up to the white pole at the right of the last building. Teams starting in Lane 4 have always run the gauntlet to try and stay out of the way of the far side of the BAY and guaranteed every Corpor8 regatta someone's getting out of their boat and pushing it off the bank!

Also, this is my nephew's favourite neck of the woods. There is a contracting company located next door and he adores the diggers etc!!!

Cache is a 200ml sistema container, with log, pencil and sharpener. Trackables will fit, but probably not swaps.
