In 2011 Bangkok flooded for the first time in twenty plus years. This location was amazing in that being next to the river and the center of all that was going to over come it was saved except for the two buildings that are out over the water. Cost The university the loss of two air conditioners and carpets.
This is a great location to watch the river and "Thai" life. The university is the second best in Thailand and quite "political". Students went out from this campus to face the government back in the seventies.
