Geocache Description:

This cache takes you to the site of a mineral spring and spa which flourished from 1870 to the early 1900s. Steamers including the Edina and the Ozone plied from Geelong and Melbourne and brought visitors to enjoy the grounds and to "take the waters" which were also bottled and marketed widely.

There are some stairs to descend, and to climb back up but the area is child friendly and great for a picnic.

At WP1 you will find an informative interpretation sign where you need to gather some facts, and yes it requires some counting, then to calculate your way to GZ.

** The signs were vandalised in Jan 13 and the questions below have been rejigged, cache GZ is unchanged. **

GZ is at S 38.09.ABC E 144.33.DEF

A= No of bottle shapes at WP1, not including the pictures.

BC= On the sign with the closer view of Sulphur Spa Bath House: Total of all digits in the GRS# plus 40

D= No of letters in first or given name of the artist who created the signage project.

E= Total No of motor cars on the whole sign.

F= No. of e's on the sign showing the view straight in front of you, divided by 2 and then subtract 2
