Geocache Description:

Apparently, the City of Tigard (or whoever handles urban planning in this area) decided this street needed to be one way at this juncture. Thus, this small little island of shrubbery was created to deter drivers from entering - although the occasional rebel will still make his or her way through.

Motorists and pedestrians pass this place all the time without thinking about it much. A cache has been placed here to liven things up. Cache may be wheelchair accessible but you will need long arms. There is plenty of parking nearby and very well could be a quick park and grab. Might be a good cache to go and grab when you are waiting for your oil change or after grabbing a cup of coffee. Please use stealth at all times as cars, bikers, and pedestrians are around this area almost 24/7 and please hide as well or preferably better than you found it - there should be natural camo available nearby.
