A little diversion, but a quick drive by. You can drive right to GZ. Micro size cache with its only contents a sealed Log sheet. Bring a pencil/pen.
Located near the monument for all the land holders that had land lost to Eppalock being built in the 1960's. The locals here call this place Observation Point, I think it is also known as Patterson's Point, If you look to the NW you will see a grave site of some of the early locals of the area. You also get great views of the lake from here as well, Looking South you can see Parts of McHargs/Cobaw Ranges and to the West you should be able to see Mt Alexander. Now that Eppalock is full again this area has once again become busy with a near by boat ramp and Holiday park so be looking over your shoulder as muggles are about. I'm reasonable confident that my co-ords will take you right to GZ. Be careful of Brown Snakes here also, as they are about.Good luck finding "The Longing".
