Geocache Description:

This cache is located just outside of a lot where I once saw a man marching in place and playing bagpipes as my Wife and I were driving by.
My Wife did not see him and to this day she thinks that I was imagining the whole thing. She jokingly starter calling him “Angus The Piper Ghost” so while we were in the neighborhood I decided to plant a quick hide in his honor.

The cache is outside of the fenced in property.

It's a micro with only a log sheet.
You will need to bring your own pen.
