Story:
So I went to a nearby party store and bought a huge red and a lot of small white fireworks for a new years party with four of my friends. Andrea is the athlete. Nathan is the ninja. Carl is the computer wiz. And George is the geocacher. We were having a white elephant at Andrea's house. I walked out of the store to my car. I put the fireworks inside a key hider container for safe keeping before driving over to the party in Pacific Hills. I walked in just as the white elephant was starting up. I placed my gift in the pile. When it was my turn to choose a gift, all I got was a well needed flashlight. I got up to go to the kitchen to get a drink about halfway through the game. As I walked back to my seat, I looked over to the gift pile and it was missing! I ran outside and used my new flashlight. I followed the white fireworks until I saw the grand red finally! Can you help me find the cache with my goodies and the criminal?
How to find this cache:
Bring a flashlight to the above coordinates. You can park your car legally here at night. Shine the light around at about eye level until you find bright a white reflector. Please DO NOT REMOVE THEM!!! Follow the the reflectors until you find the red rectangular one. With most of them, if you go to each reflector, you can see the next one. If you can't find the next one keep on walking!!! There will be more. If you are at a fork in the road and don't know what way to go, shine your light down each path. You will see a white reflector. Once you find the red reflector, go to it. Follow the hints in the story and the hint section to find the physical cache. Please replace exactly as you found it and bring a pen!
Notes:
Difficulty is a three because of the length of the walk, and the hidden container. Terrain is a two because of the walk. Do not take the criminal from the cache so that others know who took my fireworks. There is no room inside for swag and micro geocoins. FTF gets a dollar.
