Geocache Description:

Easy parking within a few feet of the cache... Named after our son, who forgot to lift his feet and tripped over the almost overgrown fence.. Be aware of this..

The Waitohi River initially flows northeast from its origins in the Puketeraki Range 25 kilometres south of Lake Sumner before turning eastwards to reach the Hurunui River at the settlement of Hurunui. This part of the river can sometimes run almost completely dry in the summer..
The locals frequent this spot for horse riding, walking dogs or just kids playing in the river. Watch out for muggles.
