We were surprised that there was only one cache in the town of Bega. We thought we should do something about this, which led to the question; What is Bega famous for?
Bega is renowned for its CHEESE. At the Bega cheese factory you can do free cheese tasting, join a tour and see how cheese is made, or look at the local arts and crafts on display AND now you can also find a cache.
You will also find a nice park by the river with picnic tables and BBQ facilities.
