This cache is placed in honor of, and by our eldest, Nico! He has been geocaching for 3 years and thought our neighborhood park would be a good find. The cache is small, would hold a small sandwich. The entire thing is in a baggie, to keep it as dry as possible.
This cache is placed in honor of, and by our eldest, Nico! He has been geocaching for 3 years and thought our neighborhood park would be a good find. This park has plenty of room for soccer, basketball, baseball, frisbee, a soft track for running, biking and scootering. The local Okinawans are VERY friendly and love to join us in a game! Since this park is new, the cache is a few feet outside the park. NOTE: If you head out toward 75 and take a right, you will find our favorite neighborhood store (noted by the lights and blue tiles on the overhang). This store has the BEST sushi and local (and non-local) produce! Please enjoy our park and neighborhood! This cache was made by Nico...he has noted that some of our recent "finds" didn't have much for kids, so the FTF gets their choice of what our boys think is cool, including a Geocaching patch for someone's jacket or cap!
