Mel's Rock Pile was a disco dance program on SCTV, which ran in the early 80's starring host "Rockin' Mel" Slirrup (Eugene Levy). When I drove by this location I was reminded of that show.

Now this rock pile doesn't belong to Mel but it is the center of much controversy. If you haven't heard about it, please go to this link Rock Pile Controversy.
Since hides like this drive me crazy, the container is pretty big and easy to spot, so please be very, very stealthy or this cache will disappear. The cache is reachable from the parking lot, so do not go into the rock pile as many are not very stable. It would be quite acceptable to take pictures at this location, so you could pretend to be doing that. And remember, if you decide to park in front of the cache location, whatever you do, don't go into the restaurant (this according to the signs that are very specific about who cannot park there).
