Phillips Farm in Harmony RI is a property of the Glocester Land Trust. Once this was an apple orchard, pastures, woodlots, and hayfields. The cache is easy to find if you crouch, and the terrain is gently rolling.
This cache is a reminder of the historical use of this land by the Phillips family from 1903 to 1989. The 68 acre Phillips Farm is one of four abutting parcels creating 457 acres of permanently protected open space. It also the first property bought by the Glocester Land Trust in 1989. As Bessie Phillips said, "We didn't want it sold for stores or houses, there's too many of them around anyhow".

Please help me in keeping the trails in good shape. If you should see a hazardous condition, such as tree fallen over the trail, please let me know which trail or better yet the coordinates. Likewise if the trails are in good shape, please include that in your comments. This will help me be more efficient time-wise in maintaining and inspecting land trust trails.
