Mother Nature always seems to find a way. I would love to know the full story of how this tree got so twisted up. It sure is something to look at.
The cache is located near the fire road leading to the "Take a Dip" cache, off Gulf Oak Ridge portion of the Hugh S. Branyon Back Country Trail. I have included a link to a trail map. Android phone users can also find an App for the Back Country Trail here. iPhone users can find an app here.
