Stop the Clocks Event Cache

Please note the event is a little later this year. The Forgetful Elephants and The Sonatellas would like to invite you to our event at the Prince of Wales Pub. Our events are very laid back and are for cachers to have a nice social evening together. If you would like a meal then please remember to put this in your log with the number of cachers in your team and how many are eating. If you are not eating please also log this down. This is important for the landlord as he likes to order the food in fresh. We don't want anyone going without their dinner! It does get busy with the meals so there might be a bit of wait. For anyone who has been before you will know the score.

The main event starts at 7pm however the landlord has said anyone who wishes to come in and eat earlier are welcome from 5.30pm onwards.

The backroom will be open and you are free to mingle throughout the whole pub. We look forward to seeing our regulars and hopefully some new faces too. There is a brand new bunkhouse behind the Prince of Wales you can find details on the link below. Let them know you are with the geocaching group. Some people like to camp behind the Plume and Feathers Pub but as it is later in the year it might be wise to ring them before hand and try to book. Please note it is a tent only field and you cannot drive your cars onto the field. They can however have some campervans in the car park. It gets very busy at this time of year. There are also some nice cafes in the area if you wish to visit them and a large car park nearby.
