No it's not the Royal Military College (RMC).
When I was a boy there was one of these on Kent Street in Deakin, in the gully right opposite the Deakin High School. Which was pretty handy as we lived then in Curtin. But that soon filled up and we had to make the trek out to Mugga Lane.
