This last time was in the top of a speed limit sign and it went missing within a week.

I'm not one to give up easily but I have given this spot many opportunities.

PLEASE PUT IT BACK EXACTLY LIKE YOU FOUND IT.

I've been driving by this spot since getting into caching in April of 2011 and I finally had to place a cache here.

9.8.13 Put another container out, different then the originals and not on the elbow anymore. 3 containers went missing on the elbow and I can't figure out how to make it better so it is changed.
