The Choughly Saint's HALO Cache
Series
It’s based on parts of “The Saints Way”, a
circuit of some 22 miles, taking in coastline, moorland, a tor and
a selection of delightful towns and villages - with many spots to
stop for tea or if you’re that way inclined there’s a
lovely selection of fine Cornish Pubs on the way round.

Comments |
Again there are various St Helenas in
history,so take your pick as to which one this cache refers to : -
Saint Helena of Constantinople, Roman empress and the mother of
Emperor Constantine the Great - Saint Helena of Skövde, Swedish
twelfth century saint - Saint Helena of Troyes, a virgin, details
of whose life are unknown, and whose body was transferred to Troyes
in 1209.
Bit of a clamber to this one. Please be careful when retrieving
this cache. |
