Geocache Description:

This is a 15 cache circular walk, brought to you by the husband and wife team of Dragons 51. We have named some of the caches with our limited knowledge of trees, the walk is about 5.5 miles long around the western side of the Wentwood forest, the series is rated using the official geocaching rating system. The path is mostly flat hard packed trail, though some areas are a little boggy so sensible footwear is advisable, all caches are very close to the trail and there is no need to climb any steep banks.
Geocache placement made possible by kind permission of the Woodland Trust.
Wentwood forms part of the largest block of ancient woodland within Wales which is now planted with conifers and broad leaf trees. The western side has views out across the seven estuary and Bristol channel, and on a clear day you can see as far as Western Super Mare.
For those who like wildlife there are birds in abundance, if you are lucky you may see the odd deer or fox, in spring there are Wild Daffodils, Snowdrops, Bluebells and primroses to name but a few
All cache clues are based upon if you were doing the series in the logical order from 1 to 15
Good luck to everyone, and we hope you enjoy this series as much as we have enjoyed making it, keep your eyes peeled for the weirdest shaped beech trees I have ever seen.
Photos always welcome

Congratulations to 37251 and sal37071 on being FIRST TO FIND
