Matarangi is located on the Eastern Coast of the Coromandel Peninsula at the edge of the Whangapoua Harbour, 1 1/2 hours drive from Thames, 20 minutes from Whitianga and Coromandel. Matarangi is a great location from which to explore the stunning Coromandel Peninsula.
The 90 metre wharf is great for the kids and the harbour offers flounder and mullet for the netting fraternity.
Easier attempted at low tide although you may spy when on the wharf
This cache has no space for anything other than the rolled up log & small pencil.
Hey & by the way the co-ord are for the wharf not the cache, so you will have more of a challenge & fun finding it :)
