A detour off the Highway to a coastal reserve.
Bagot Point is a small coastal reserve at the eastern end of the Dolphin Sands spit (the longest sand spit in Tasmania) located at the northern end of Great Oyster Bay and Nine mile Beach and adjacent to the mouth of the Swan River. With clear waters and secluded bushland, it’s a tranquil place for swimming, boating, fishing, watching wildlife and walking along the beach. The best approach is to walk along the beach to GZ. Cache is a cammo fruit container with logbook, pencil and few swaps
