This little cache is tucked away close to a short wooden fence down the hill from the 10th Mountain Jackal Hut. This is a beautiful spot, but tough to get to. Try climbing Pearl Peak while you're here.
The cache location is best accessible either by way of a 5-mile, 2600-foot elevation gain hike from the Ranch Creek Trailhead, or a 4WD/snowmobile drive up the Pearl Creek Jeep Road followed by a 1/2 mile bushwhack and then a steep uphill hike. Motorized vehicles are prohibited anywhere near the cache.
Look near the fence; use the hint if needed.
Room for trackables. Please hide well when done. Bring a pen/pencil just in case the one in the box goes bad or missing.
