El Cerro del Tambor, es el final de un sendero que puedes hacer andado, en bici o en coche desde la Barriada de Pelayo en Algeciras. Puedes dejar el coche en la base de los molinos y darte el paseito hasta el mirador.
The "Cerro del Tambor" is the end of a path that you can make walking, by bike or car from Pelayo in Algeciras. You can leave the car in the base of the windmills and take a walk up to the lookout.
Desde este mirador podrás disfrutar de unas increíbles vistas al Estrecho de Gibraltar.
Además este sitio es estratégico para la migración de jóvenes de buitre leonado que abandonan nuestro continente durante los meses de Noviembre y Diciembre, volviendo cuando son adultos en primavera.
From this lookout you will be able to enjoy of an incredible view from the Strait of Gibraltar. In addition this site is strategic for the young griffon vulture migration, they leave our continent during November and December, returning when they are adult in spring.
