Frank Salemme, aka Cadillac Frank, was a Massachusstes mobster and eventually became boss of the Patriarca crime family. After turning government witness, Cadillac Frank enrolled in the Witness Protection Program. His current whereabouts are unknown, but his home of many years is less than a block away from the given coordinates. While Frank's past is sordid, and he may have helped hide a few bodies, he also enjoyed hiding geocaches!
At the posted coordinates is a hidden 6"x9" lock and lock container. It contains a logbook and pen, and has room for trackable items that may need to make a quick escape across state borders. Be sure to leave Frank's last hide well hidden, we don't want anyone accidentally stumbling across it.
While you won't stumble across any actual hidden bodies, definitely enjoy the trail that circles Deb Sampson park, enjoy the nearby beach on Lake Massapoag, or take a break in the nearby dog park. Plentiful parking is available at the parking waypoint, but alternate parking is available at the beach off hours, or on side streets. There are many ways to approach the cache depending on the trail you take.
