Closest parking Muriwai end of Te Henga trail on constable rd, Also accessable from Bethells Beach if ya want a longer walk. The trail is sometimes steep, sometimes muddy, sometimes overgrown and sometimes far to hot to be running in summer!

Are you prepared to lose a hand as you plunge it into the murky depths? Cache is an empty berrocca container containing log sheet and pencil. Great coastal views along the way!
