Geocache Description:


This is the second cache in our bird related series. We named the cache because we sometimes hear a Great Horned Owl in the woods across from our house. The cache is placed with permission from the Dubuque Parks and Recreation Department. Please respect the surrounding area. If you are quiet and patient you might see a “ birdie” or an “ eagle “ from the hiding spot. The cache is best approached from the parking lot on the north side of the row of trees in the summer and the south side in the winter. This cache is very kid friendly. Enjoy!
