Geocache Description:

Nano cache. You may need the help of a tall friend for this one.

This is one of a series of caches on the Canonium Trail which is to the south and east of Kelvedon village taking you through the farmlands and country lanes between Kelvedon and Inworth. Kelvedon has been a settlement since the Middle Ages and is on the site of the original Roman settlement of 'Canonium'

If you take in the whole series the route is about 8 miles and can be completed by cycle or on foot. Please keep to the public footpaths and watch out for the occaisional car when walking along the lanes. Part of the trail can get quite muddy during wet weather so please go prepared.

The trail starts at Worlds End Lane off Kelvedon High Street. If you are doing the whole route there is parking in Kelvedon village, but please note there are parking restrictions during weekday mornings; pay-and-display parking is available in the station car park.
