This cache is in a box that used to contain "pepparkakor" (a
traditional Swedish cookie at Christmas), made at the local bakery
(what else in this village?).
It's placed near the summit of Åsljunga Klint (Klinten),
the highest point in the village. The summit is triangulated to
161.9 meters above sea level, so you can check you GPS altitude
against this benchmark. The cache itself is a few meters lower.
If you park at the old E4, just above Trollsjön, you'll
have a nice (but hilly) hike to the cache.
While you are up there, take a look at the spectacular view over
a large part of Skåne. In clear weather, you can more or less
see some other caches from up here... You can also see the remains
of one of the first ski slopes with a lift in Skåne. It
hasn't been used for some years now.
Don't get so carried away that you fall over the edge of the
cliff, though!
