Geocache Description:

In this series I'll be using common Precision Measuring Instruments. First determine how to read them. Then convert them to find the coordinates. It will be necessary to carefully count the rotations to get a correct reading.

The North and West are solved using the same method.

The only other thing you need to know is:
Both dials were zeroed out on decimal Gage Blocks
