Geocache Description:

This Obscure History cache is dedicated to Percy Fawcett. Should be an easy find on a very little traveled road. Plenty of room to pull over. You are looking for a regular sized lock and lock painted camo and labeled Official Geocache.

Percy was a British archaeologist in the early 1900s got famous for a series of map-making expeditions in the jungles of South America. In 1925 he went into the jungles of Brazil, last communication was made on May 25 to his wife. Percy and his son were in pursuit of the mythical city they labeled as "Z". Both were never heard from again. A lot of people died in search parties trying to locate Percy.

You cachers can use the above coords to locate the spot. Letterboxers can use the following clues that will lead you to it as well. At the junction of SR57 & SR358 in Plainville head north on SR57 approximately one mile and you will reach CR1100. Turn left onto the gravel road and drive .5 mile to R.R. tracks with a stop sign . Once over these tracks at 1/4 of a mile on the right you will see a single large lone object. At the base of this you will find what you seek in a stick geopile.
