Geocache Description:

Gypsycacher is a low profile Riverland cacher with over 1,000 finds to date.

He began caching quite early in the piece and cleaned up all the existing Riverland caches and on returning to the website after a time of absence was surprised to see so many new caches had appeared after people like Jardry, the Flippers and I joined the game. Some of us spent quite a bit of time sleuthing information about this elusive and somewhat private cacher to the extent that it became a game between us! Whilst Jardry and the Flippers have since then actually met Gypsycacher, I still have not even though I do actually know who he is! Gypsycacher has placed a fantastic series of Island caches in the Riverland, and has created some innovative hides. His Philosophers' Seat Cache was one of the most popular caches in the Riverland until it was sadly taken away. I had planned to try to come up with something more creative for his cache container, but at least for now the original container will stay in place.
