This cache is placed near a historical marker, celebrating the work of the Modern Housing Corporation in 1919, which built 1000 houses for workers in the rapidly expanding automotive industry in Flint.
Note: the cache is near the historical marker, not on it.
UPDATE 4/6/12: the adjacent parking lot is permit-only and is enforced. Consider parking on one of the adjacent side streets.
