Geocache Description:

Här låg torpet Rankebo. Vägnära.

Bebyggelselämning, sentida bestående av ett raserat spisröse. Ca2,5 m diam och 0,5 m h. Av grunden återstår ingenting. Osäkert om den nu kvarvarande byggnaden hörde till själva torpet. Vissa anser att torpets riktiga namn var Bankebo, inte Rankebo.

Det lär ha legat många gamla torp längs vägen men som revs som ved under krigsåren.
