An ammo can hidden to celebrate my birthday. Terrain is mostly flat but there is some overgrowth even as I hid it this winter day. Have to step over mini stream & over some trees but still ok for old & young alike. I am hoping the snow promised for today will help in the fun Of getting there :)
My final birthday cache for this year to celebrate the big 4-0 & no better way then to hide an ammo can that my ultimate geocache partner Zemie17 gave me for an early birthday present. Plus the Ridge is my favorite park to geocache & holds wonderful memories for me of when I started caching less than a year ago & how I also got Zemie17 hooked as well. We have spent days here enjoying caching & enjoying our friendship as well. It's chock full of birthday celebration items plus some goodies a geocacher may need while out caching. It is guarded by Z but he doesn't bite. He is just waiting for a visit from you so please say hi when you see him but please leave him there to great others who visit. There is a trophy for the FTF with a coin inside plus a few lucky tickets to hopefully spread the birthday cheer. I also dropped a TB here as well. A tribute to my many years as a volunteer firefighter & EMT.
