The easiest way to log a cache on Leap Day is just to show up at one. Come hang out at this common hang out place in the neighborhood and swap some caching stories and hints for the caches close by. I'll have 4 trackables to swap that want to travel around the world to the types of places we go.
If your work schedule does not accommodate an evening get together drop me a note. Wednesday is my day off and I need something to fill the day.

Small note:
With apologies to local civilian geocachers who might want to participate and wish the event were not on base. We are very limited in our ability to leave the base, and completely unable to offer passes to get onto the base for anyone else.
