The Commons of Lake Houston is located in far North East part of Harris County in Huffman, TX. We are adjacent to Lake Houston. The area is part of the Texas Piney Woods, as you will witness when you venture out here. It is a wonderful place to raise a family. There are miles of hike, bike and horse trails.
This cache series is placed along a favorite route that we love to hike on. It is roughly 1.1 miles in length: Part by a creek bed, local lake and the street. To get all 5 Caches and the Bonus, you will need to allow yourself about an hour. (Maybe more, maybe less) I would hope you take more so that you can enjoy the wildlife we have in the area.
Most of these caches are within easy reach, Minor bush whacking may be involved.

This is across the street from Bayou Tracking (GC126ZY). So while you are here you should pick that one up along with the Tube of Success (GC2FE92). Once you solve the puzzle you will find the cache is more or less along the route to cache 1 of this series.
By all means, take your time, bring the little ones and enjoy the nature that is The Commons.
