Welcome to Frog Song 2 - a redo of an old cache that was the sight of a car wreck. Somehow in the wreckage the rails and cache were cleaned up with it.
But now we have a new rail and new cache to go with it. I initially called it Frog Song because as I was hiding this cache, there were frogs singing in the nearby ditch. LCOW #3 is located nearby so you should be able to pick up 2 smileys in one.
This cache is located on the end of the dead end road. Do not try to access this from the off-ramp.
