Geocache Description:

This cache is a well disguised nano with just room for a log. You will need to bring a pen.

This series of 13 caches takes you on a 2.5 mile circular walk around part of the village of Hopwas and the surrounding countryside.

The series starts by the pub where we (Martin and Carol) first met on a blind date and we've been wanting to set some caches around this area for a while.

It's quite an easy walk, taking in canal side, green lanes and some public footpath.  From our experience the public footpath is not the best maintained that we've seen but it has been accessible on all our visits.  If it's not accessible, for whatever reason, then a detour can be made, which will mean that just one of the caches will be missed.

We have received a couple of logs indicating that some roadside parking in the village may not be going down too well with local residents. We would ask that, if parking on the roadside, you are mindful of any restrictions and park considerately.

Whilst we can't really advocate using the pub car park, unless of course you are planning to call in, this does seem to get used quite often with no problems.

There is also space for a couple of cars to park at
N 52°37.977, W 001°43.652, close to number 10 in the series 'Cache Point Withdrawal'.

We have not supplied any hints to this series as we feel that there should be sufficient clues within the title of each cache, though some may be a bit cryptic.

We have left a first to complete series prize in the final cache.  Please only take this if you have completed the full series.

FTF goes to Ghost House Three. Well done.

Following yet another muggling, we have replaced the cache again but now it is not quite so obvious so hopefully it shouldn't get muggled again.

PLEASE NOTE, EXTREME STEALTH MAY NOW BE NEEDED AT THIS CACHE!
