The Historic Loops Road is found just North of Stonehenge Monument and winds its way up through the Klickitat Hills. Built by Sam Hill in 1913, this is the site of the first paved road in the Pacific Northwest and the home of the Loops Cache.
Refurbished in 1998 and open daily for bicyclists and pedestrians, the Loops Road is a great place to experience Sam Hill's vision.
The cache is inside an ammo box and well hidden using the natural surroundings. Many events happen throughout the year on The Loops, please take the time to conceal it well after you find it.
Some of the original contents of this cache include: bottled water, magnetic travel games, keychain, Maryhill Winery corkscrew, small photo album, and silly putty.
