What is with the plethora of new puzzle caches in the area? It's the new thing I guess and here's another one for you. There's no need to go to the posted coordinates. It isn't there and would be a nasty place to start. You'd get filthy or meet your end.
Here is one picture I am willing to post. I was even going to another one but decided against it. If our pic of ground zero was accurate and if our camera contains any coords, it could help. It is a start to the end.

Now this isn't anywhere near my hardest puzzle, I'd vote (GC2RNX8 - The Closed Book). Well, its my favorite anyways. If you try to take three from it, you'll definitely meet your dead end. I haven't really decided on this one's difficulty in stone yet. I know it's not a 5, could be a 4, but I am starting it at a 3.5. We will see if it needs changed as the hours go by.
So now decipher the puzzle I created, it's not tough.
