Ved plassen på andre siden av brua, er det nok blitt holdt mang en durabelig fest opp gjennom årene. De siste årene er det ca. et par fester gjennom sommeren.
I pinsehelga har Norsk Caravanclub treff på stedet.
Boksen innholder logg, blyant noen bytteting og FTFC.
