I was working in the lab a late one night when my eyes..... No, no it was the potting shed.
At some times of the year the gardening business is a bit slow and i was browsing through some old comics i found in a cardboard box stuffed away in the ressesses of my shed.

I started to contemplate - I could open a gardening business on the moon
I have worked out how to get up there hitching a lift on the next interplantery exploration rocket.
I can fill the old peugot with all the gear required and then bobs your uncle
Was just thinking of how I could get back and what modifications I might need to get done to the car.
There are some booster rockets on sale at Homebase.
I know the moon is roughly spherical with a diameter of 3474km. It has a mass of roughly 7.4x10 to the power of 22 Kg.
The Gravitational constant is 6.67x10 to the power of -11 m3 kg-1 s-2
How fast does my Peugot need to go to escape the clutches of the moons gravity ?
