Everyone who logs a "Found it" or "Attended" this February 29 will receive the Leap Day Souvenir on their profile. As an added bonus, Premium Members who love to look at their "finds by date" statistics most likely see a blank square on the calendar on February 29. This is your chance to fill in that square — the 366th day of geocaching!
But why go to the trouble of all that rummaging around in the undergrowth for a lunchbox, a film cannister or worse? Come to our event, and all you'll have to do is enter the pub, sign the log book, and maybe buy a drink or two. What could be simpler?
The event will be held at The Sun at Hardingstone and will start at 6:00pm (or as soon as I get there from work), and will run until closing time, or whenever the last person leaves. There is food available and it is a family friendly pub with children's (outdoor) play area (though it may be a little dark for that).

A new (old?) cache will be released around the time of the event, and there are also a few others (The Hardingstone Trail) in close proximity to the pub if you feel the urge. I'm also happy to provide hints and tips for my "Sorted" cache if anyone needs them.
Oh, and a final note for all you single ladies - please feel free to use this event to propose to your (reluctant?) loved one... ;-)
