He uses his vast knowledge of useless facts to help coordinate the gang's criminal activities. Sources say he is currently experimenting with a rubbery compound found in a local marsh-dwelling toad species that will make bike tires more resilient. But for what purpose? What scheme does he have in mind? Only the M.O.W.I. knows...
