In this case, Groundspeak has sent an email to the cache owner with no response. The cache owner did not respond to any of the cachers hoping to find the cache and did not respond to the reviewer note so the cache is now archived.

The cache location is now open for any Geocacher to place a new cache, including the original cache owner.

Geocache Description:

This should be a fairly easy find, after a walk along the Alburgh Recreation Trail. The cache is a small lock-n-lock type container, with a logbook and some small trade items.

The trail to this cache is fairly flat and should be an easy walk. The cache is a little ways off the trail, but shouldn't be too tricky. The terrain rating is more for distance than difficulty.

There are a number of posted signs at different points along either side of the trail. There's also a wire fence near ground zero. You do not have to cross/pass any of these. If you do, you're in the wrong spot.

The best (safest) parking is at the Mud Creek Wildlife area parking lot. You can follow the trail north from the parking lot until it meets the recreation trail. Turn right to follow the trail to the cache. It's a little farther, but better than dodging traffic.
