This cache will place you very close to the corner of a very crowded intersection so please be aware of cars and muggles. The cache is placed within arms reach of the cement and you DO NOT have to get in the mulch to find this cache. Also DO NOT move anything to retrieve this cache. Difficulty is do to the amount of cars and people in the area.
