Schedule
12:00 PM - 12:14 PM Cachers: Wait patiently in your automobile or stroll around the area.
12:14 PM make your way toward the event coordinates.
12:15 PM exactly (as determined by your GPS clock) we will place an ammocan for log sheets near the coordinates. As you arrive, we'll hand you an official event "log sheet". Participants must sign the log sheets (which will later become the log book). To qualify for attendance, drop them in the designated bucket (near the coordinates).
12:20 PM we will gather and take a group photo.
12:25 PM we will draw a name from the pool of log sheets for the title of First to Find (which wins a Special Prize!) and draw for the door prizes.
12:30 PM exactly the log sheets will be packed up and sealed away.
The event area will be evacuated without a trace.
No log sheet? Your name will be removed from the 'attended' logs! - just remember, we HAVE to leave the area promptly at 12:30 PM!!!
