The series follows the upstream route of the river Lym along a public footpath, starting on the outskirts of the town of Lyme Regis, passing through the sloped watermeadow known locally as 'Bumpy', before finishing just before reaching the village of Uplyme. The second in the series involves a very brief detour from the river path, across the River Lym itself.
In order to find the bonus cache in this series, you will need to make a note of the two sets of letter/number pairs within each of the three traditional caches.
The series is a short walk upstream from the town centre, though parking adjacent to the series start is available at the provided waypoint.
The footpath for the most part is relatively flat, but becomes increasingly muddy and steep towards the northern end. Prams and wheelchairs are therefore unsuitable.
