Smith and Who? Not Smith & Wesson, not Smith & Wollensky, not Smith & Edwards. The missus used to be a Smith, so maybe her and her nephews??

Nearby TOSH (The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital) does lots of knee, hip, and shoulder surgeries, including partial and complete replacements. The Smith & Nephew company is among the many providers who manufacture orthopedic replacement parts used in these surgeries. Others are Zimmer, Biomet DePuy, and Stryker. We know cachers who have benefited from orthopedic surgeries, extending their caching years and their fun!

So, take a load off those joints and find a cache!
